Mood
The mood the author wants you to experience or what you experience while reading " A child called it " is sorrow and pity, the mood that comes across to me is sadness and it makes me aware that these cases of abuse do happen worldwide. It makes me feel bad for David because this was a true story that the author went through. It makes me grateful that this isn't happening to me or my friends.

Bell ringer
The author makes me feel sad because the character is talking about how he's being abused, it makes me feel pity towards him because he's being put through horrible conditions like starvation and physical and mental abuse.

Yes I think every animal should be treated the same because its a living thing with feelings and it deserves to be treated equally like the rest of the animals . I mean if you were an animals you would like to be treated the same not differently .
